This Shipping Policy applies to all products sold on the Bravowish website. Please read on for more information regarding shipping the items you will be ordering.


Handling Time

Working Time: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 8:00 AM ET will be processed during business hours on the next business day.

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.

Transit Time

Transit time varies by location, here are our estimates:

  • United States: 3-7 business days.
  • Canada: 5-12 business days.
  • United Kingdom: 6-12 business days.
  • Australia: 7-15 business days.
  • Germany, France: 6-14 business days.
  • Rest of World: 10-20+ business days (varies by location).

Shipping unit

We offer three shipping units, namely USPS, DHL, and EMS. Packages from our US warehouse will be shipped by USPS, EMS, or DHL, depending on the weight, size, or destination of the product.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility. Buyers are not responsible for any such fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 2 business days for the shipping provider to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and the information is not available, it means that your service provider has not processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, the tracking events will appear on the tracking page. You can always track your order to know when the package arrives at your doorstep.

Q&A Shipping

Can items be delivered to different addresses for a single order?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Can I change the recipient information?

You can change the recipient information as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.

What causes the order to be delivered late?

Most packages are delivered on time. However, in rare occasions, orders may show up after the estimated delivery date due to reasons such as incorrect address, missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures.
