Working Time: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

Cutoff order: 8pm ET daily; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for each order varies by location. Here’s the fixed fee schedule:

The above fee schedule is the full shipping cost for an order, including taxes and related surcharges.

Shipping Time

Handling Time: 1-2 business days (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.

Transit Time: Transit time varies by location. Here are our estimates:

  • 3 – 7 business days for US Standard shipping
  • 10 – 25 business days for international shipping

Shipping unit

We offer three shipping units, namely USPS, DHL, and EMS. Packages from our US warehouse will be shipped by USPS, EMS, or DHL, depending on the weight, size, or destination of the product.

Order Tracking

Once you place an order, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 2 business days for the shipping provider to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and the information is not available, it means that your service provider has not processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, the tracking events will appear on the tracking page. You can always track your order to know when the package arrives at your doorstep.

Q&A Shipping

  • Can items be delivered to different addresses for a single order? We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
  • Can I change the recipient information? You can change the recipient information as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
  • What causes the order to be delivered late? Most packages are delivered on time. However, in rare occasions, orders may show up after the estimated delivery date due to reasons such as incorrect address, missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures.
