This Shipping Policy applies to all dress on the Bravowish website. Please read on for more information regarding shipping the items you will be ordering.
Dresses are fashion items, we hope that buyers will receive the goods in the best possible product condition. Therefore, we carefully pack and choose reputable shipping partners so that you will soon receive the product with intact packaging.
Working Time: Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays).
Cutoff order: 8pm ET daily; orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Shipping From: 150 Lakeshore Way, Cordele, Georgia 31015, United States.
Shipping Time
Handling Time: 1-2 business days (in regular seasons) or more, depending on holiday seasons.
Transit Time: Transit time varies by location. Here are our estimates:
- 3 – 11 business days for US Standard shipping. (In there, Contiguous U.S. 48 States: 3-7 business days; Alaska & Hawaii: 5-11 business days).
- 6 – 30+ business days for international shipping (Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France: 6-14 business days; Rest of World: 10-30+ business days).
Shipping unit
We offer three shipping units, namely USPS, DHL, and EMS. Packages from our US warehouse will be shipped by USPS, EMS, or DHL, depending on the weight, size, or destination of the product.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost for each order varies by location. Here’s the fixed fee schedule:

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility, customers do not need to worry about this issue.
Order Tracking
Once you place an order, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 2 business days for the shipping provider to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and the information is not available, it means that your service provider has not processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, the tracking events will appear on the tracking page. You can always track your order to know when the package arrives at your doorstep.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Failed delivery / Unclaimed packages: If a package is returned due to address issues or non-collection, we can reship it once the correct address is confirmed. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: If your order is delayed, please allow up to 5 business days for domestic orders and 10 business days for international orders, after the estimated delivery time before contacting us.
- Lost: If tracking does not update or shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may require a signed non-receipt statement or a carrier claim.
- Damaged: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, contact us with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with a replacement or refund (read our Exchange/Return & Refund Policy).
About Late Deliveries? Most packages arrive on time, but delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect address details
- Missing apartment, floor, or unit number
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs inspections
Q&A Shipping
- Can items be delivered to different addresses for a single order? We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
- Can I change the recipient information? You can change the recipient information as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.
- What causes the order to be delivered late? Most packages are delivered on time. However, in rare occasions, orders may show up after the estimated delivery date due to reasons such as incorrect address, missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number, severe weather conditions, or international customs procedures.
