This page explains provides an overview of billing practices and accepted payment methods at Bravowish. It also includes key information about transaction processing, pricing, and payment security.


Total Invoice Overview

Your final payment consists of the following components:

  • Item Price: Displayed clearly on each product page. This price does not include tax.
  • Shipping Fee: A flat-rate shipping fee per order is calculated based on the buyer’s shipping destination and shown during checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
  • Taxes (if any): Automatically calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. Bravowish is required to comply with U.S. tax laws and Georgia State laws. For more information, please read the Tax Information.

The total amount shown at checkout is the exact amount charged by our store. After payment is completed, orders will be delivered to the shipping address without any additional charges.

Note: International Orders – Customs Duties, Taxes and Fees (Our Responsibility).
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are our responsibility.


Accepted Payment Methods

We use PayPal payment gateway for payment activities of customers. This is a safe, convenient payment gateway, and has policies to protect the rights of buyers.
You can choose from the following methods:

  • PayPal Account.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (via PayPal gateway): Visa, MasterCard, American Express,… most major debit/credit cards.

How PayPal Checkout Works:

When you proceed to checkout, on the checkout page there will be 2 payment options: “PayPal” and “Debit or Credit Card”, both of which are done through PayPal’s security mechanism.

  • If you select PayPal at checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment page to finalize your purchase. There, you can either sign in to your PayPal account or, if available in your region, choose to pay as a guest using a debit or credit card.
  • Or, you select options “Debit or Credit Card” (availability may vary by country). After clicking, a form will appear where you can enter your payment details.

Once your payment is completed, you’ll be automatically redirected back to our website to view your order confirmation. For added security, PayPal does not share your full banking or card information with us.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are processed immediately upon completing the order.
  • Once your payment is completed, you will be returned to our website for order confirmation. Please note that PayPal does not share your full financial details with us, ensuring an added level of privacy and security.
  • If the payment is declined or not received, your order will not be placed, and no items will be shipped.

Payment Confirmation

After successfully placing your order, a confirmation email containing your order details and payment summary will be sent to you.

Order Currency & Availability

– All transactions are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
– We currently accept orders and payments from all over the world.
– International cards are accepted.

If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or card provider may apply additional currency conversion or international transaction fees.


Payment Security & Data Protection.

We prioritize the protection of your personal and financial information. Our website uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption on all pages involving sensitive data. You will notice “https://” and a padlock icon in your browser, indicating a secure connection.

  • All transactions are processed on PayPal’s secure systems, not directly on our website. Customer payment data is encrypted and protected by PayPal’s infrastructure.
  • All transactions are processed through PayPal, a certified payment provider compliant with PCI DSS standards.
  • We do not store or process sensitive card details, such as full card numbers or CVV codes.
  • Your information is securely transmitted and protected from unauthorized access.
  • Our systems are regularly monitored to maintain strong security practices.

Payment Errors or Failed Transactions.

If your payment attempt is unsuccessful, please verify the following:

  • Card details are entered correctly.
  • Billing address matches your card information.
  • Sufficient funds are available.

If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank or card issuer, or attempting the payment again via PayPal.


Order Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that mistakes happen. Here’s how cancellation works:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours after they are placed to receive a full refund. Please refer to our Modify/Cancel Order for further instructions.
  • If the 24-hour window has passed and the order has shipped, please refer to our Exchange/Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.

Q&A Payment Questions

Can I use PayPal without an account?
Yes. In many regions, PayPal allows guest checkout using a debit or credit card. Look for the option “Debit or Credit Card” on the Checkout page. Availability may vary by location.

Why was my payment declined?
A payment may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing details, or restrictions set by your bank. Please try again or contact your card issuer for clarification.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Once an order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be modified. Please review your details carefully before completing your purchase.

Are there any additional charges?
No. We do not add extra fees beyond what is shown at checkout. However, your bank may apply conversion or international transaction fees if applicable.

Your order will be delivered to you without any additional charges.

Do you store my payment information?
No. We do not retain your card details or PayPal login information. All payment data is handled securely by PayPal.


Chargebacks & Fraud Protection.

We actively monitor and prevent fraudulent activity. Any chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will be carefully investigated. In cases of suspected misuse or fraud, we reserve the right to decline future transactions and cooperate fully with financial institutions.
