Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

Bravowish always wants customers to have a pleasant shopping experience and love the items they purchase. We are happy to accept returns if an item does not meet customer expectations. This page summarizes important information regarding Exchange/Return & Refund.

We accept returns of defective or non-defective items, provided they meet the requirements below, and we will exchange the item or issue a refund accordingly.


Return

+ Return Window: Our return policy is effective for 30 calendar days after the order has been delivered. Return requests must be submitted to us within this timeframe.

We encourage customers to inspect each item as soon as possible after delivery to confirm whether it meets their expectations or if they wish to return it.

+ Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received, complete with all tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for return.

+ We do not accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repair.
  • Items missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Return requests submitted after 30 days from delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer without refund.

+ Return Method:

  • Returns are accepted by mail.
  • To initiate a return, customers need to submit a return request to us to receive a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
  • free prepaid return label (download and print) will be provided after approval.

+ Free Returns:

Bravowish offers free returns for eligible items. If your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping costs are fully covered by us. Customers are not responsible for any return shipping costs, and the cost of the return shipping label will not be deducted from your refund.

We also do not charge restocking or handling fees.

+ How to Return:

  1. To request a return, please email us at support@bravowish.com within 30 days of delivery day. Please email us with your order number, invoice number, item(s) you wish to return and photos of the item(s) you received, along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request within 1-2 business days and provide you with a free return label if your request is approved.
  3. Customers are kindly requested to download and print the return label.
  4. Please pack the item(s) carefully, attach the return label we provide, and take your parcel to the carrier listed on the label.

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 1-2 business days and notify you by email.


Exchange

Bravowish offers a free exchange service for eligible items within the same 30-days return period, provided the items meet all return condition requirements.

To request an exchange, please follow the return process and specify the desired replacement (size, color, or style).

Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement item will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • Stock Availability: If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option to choose an alternative item of equal value, upgrade to a higher-priced item by paying the difference, or receive a refund.
  • Additional Idea: If you’re unsure about the size or color, feel free to reach out to our Customer support team for personalized advice before placing your exchange request.

Refund

+ Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item passes inspection and your refund is approved, the refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed successfully.

Please note that banks or credit card providers may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

+ Refund Amount

  • For non-defective items, the refund will only include the item price and sales tax (if applicable). Original shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.
  • Damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect items will receive a full refund (including original shipping fees paid during checkout).
  • No handling fees apply.

+ Late or Missing Refunds:

If after the stated time period you still have not received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality checking every order, but if something isn’t right, please contact us. Send your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging to support@bravowish.com.

After verification, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and offer either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please do not discard the item until your case has been resolved.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will begin processing, and we can’t guarantee cancellation. For more specific information, please see the Modify/Cancel Order page.

If your order has already shipped, you can still return it once it arrives, following the steps above.
