Timeframe
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will be processed; modifications or changes are not guaranteed. If the order has already been handed over to the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you decide you no longer want the product after this time, please wait until the order is delivered and then follow our Exchange/Return & Refund Policy.
Processing Fee
No processing fee is charged for requesting an order cancellation or modification.
For modification requests, if the updated item results in a price difference, for example due to changing the product, size, or shipping address, we will provide instructions for either paying the additional amount or receiving a refund for any overpayment.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
When a cancellation request is successfully completed, the full refund will be returned to your original payment method within 5 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
How to Submit a Request
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an email within 24 hours of placing the order to support@bravowish.com. Your request should include the order number, a copy of your invoice or order confirmation, and details of the modification or cancellation you would like to make.
Once your request has been processed, we will send a confirmation email. This confirmation is typically provided within about 24 business hours after we receive your request.
Important Note
If more than 24 hours, please understand that we cannot guarantee that a modification request will be completed in time before the order enters processing or shipping.
