Exchange/Return & Refund Policy

We are efforted to providing our customers with the best products possible, and we are willing to accept returns/exchanges and refunds.


Return/Exchange

This policy applies to all products sold on the Bravowish website, regardless of whether the product is defective or not.

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days from delivery day with items in new condition.

We accept returns/exchanges by mail.

NOTE:

More than 30 days from the date of delivery, the item is not eligible for return.
Used, untagged, washed, and worn items are not eligible for return.

Return Label – Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

Bravowish will provide a return label (prepaid label) for the above-eligible return item. Prepaid labels will be mailed; you need to download and print them. Customers are not responsible for this cost.

Restocking fee:
Customers do not charge restocking fees for any item.

Exchange/Return Process:

To request an exchange or return, please email us at support@bravowish.com within 30 days of delivery day. Please email us with your order number, shipping/returning date, item, and quantity, and photos of the product you received, along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the exchange or return.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with an exchange/return label if your request is approved.

Please pack the product carefully and send it to our return address: 150 Lakeshore Way, Cordele, Georgia 31015, United States.


Replacement

After we receive the returned product, our inspection department will evaluate it. If an exchange is required, we will notify you and provide you with the tracking number of the replacement package. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship the replacement item to your original address of purchase.


Refund

When will you receive your refund?
Once we receive your returned item, our inspection department will process and evaluate it within 2 business days, and you will receive a notification of acceptance or rejection. If your refund request is approved, the refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 business days.

Refund Amount:

The amount of the refund will correspond to the product price on the purchase invoice. In case of returning all products in the order, the refund amount will be equal to the invoice value paid.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund within 3-5 business days after we notify you, please check your bank account and contact your credit card issuer for assistance. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bravowish.com.
