Definitions

Seller: Bravowish, located at 150 Lakeshore Way, Cordele, Georgia 31015, United States – the owner and operator of bravowish.com, responsible for order processing and shipment.

Buyer: The individual or entity placing an order on Bravowish.

Goods/Item(s): The product(s) ordered by the buyer from Bravowish.

Total Invoice Overview

Your final payment consists of the following components:

  • Item Price: Displayed clearly on each product page.
  • Shipping Fee: Calculated based on the buyer’s shipping destination and shown during checkout. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.
  • Taxes: Automatically calculated at checkout, based on your shipping address and applicable local laws. Bravowish is required to comply with U.S. tax laws and Georgia State laws. Our tax handling is as follows:
    • Georgia State: Orders shipped to Georgia will automatically be charged sales tax according to state law. This includes state, county, and city taxes (if applicable). Shipping fee are also subject to sales tax according to state tax law.
    • Other U.S. States and International Orders: We do not collect sales tax, VAT, import duties, or local taxes. Buyers are not responsible for any such fees upon delivery. Details at Tax Information.

No hidden fees. We do not charge any costs beyond the product price, applicable shipping, and required tax.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments are processed immediately upon completing the order.
  • If the payment is declined or not received, your order will not be placed, and no items will be shipped.

Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • Once we receive your request, we will cancel your order and process a full refund within 2–3 business days.
